• We use full-thickness skin graft to correct unseemly area of limbs aesthetically, because that aesthetic result of split-thickness skin graft is inferior to that of full-thickness skin graft.A defect of full-thickness skin graft is a limitation of size of graft, but almost all of unseemly area of limbs is indicated for full-thickness skin graft by improving how to take tha graft.For purpose to get good take of a graft, it is adviced that a graft is fixed under a tension.A weak point of full-thickness skin graft is that the marginal scar of the suture is liable to make hypertrophic.We could make the scar to minimum by using dermostiches.
