Degenerative changes or spondylosis are encountered less frequently in thoracic region than in lumbar or cervical spine, We reported three cases which led to anterior cord compression at the lower thoracic spine: case 1 with myelopathy due to thoracic spondylosis, case 2 with thoracic disc herniation, and case 3 with spinal cord compression due to posterior separation of the ring apophysis: Case 3 showed the symptoms of flaccid paralysis like the Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.Case 3 had the lesion at the T11-12 level, where couns was compressed. Therefore, we considered, that this case offered lower motor neuron disorder.
