We reported three cases of acromioclavicular dislocation treated with open reduction using a Balser's hook plate. There are many operative and non-operative treatments for acromioclavicular dislocation. But in most of these methods, the period of immobilization of the affected shoulder is long. For this reason, patients can not acquire satisfactory shoulder function at an early stage. The purpose of our operation using Balser's hook plate is to allow the patients to start an early shoulder exercise.Compared to our previous operative cases of acromioclavicular dislocation, three cases treated with open reduction using the Balser's hook plate showed good results.
