We clinically and roentgeno-graphically evaluated 11 patiens (19 feet) who were operated on by the Grice-Green method, for pes planovalgus due to cerebral palsy. The follow-up period ranged from 5 years to 15.8 years with an average of 8.8 years. Excellent results were achieved in 7 feet, good in 8, and acceptable in 4. There were no poor results.Complications encountered were hallux valgus deformity and change-like ball joint of the ankle.
