A rare case of a ganglion in the left tibialis anterior teno-muscle of a 54 year-old male is reported. The rumor was 8.2×3.5×3.5cm in size, without a recognizable stalk. After excision, there was no recurrence during a two and a half month follow-up period. Although the developmental mechanism of ganglion is known from joint capsule, tumor, trauma, and degeneration, we believe this case was caused by some other mechanism.
