• The communications and transportation system of China in 2000's has been considered by the chinese government at a strategic position for achieving the four modernizations of agriculture, industry, national defense, and science and technology. This paper describles the present situation, existent problems, and works out a developping plan about the communications and transportation of China. It includes the railway transport, the way transport, the water transport, the ocean transport, the civil aviation transport and the pipe transport.
