This research aimed at exploring the factors regulating number of new-born babies on the delivery intentions in accordance with pregnancy ranking. The statistic data showed that most of the people with the idea of "economical stability" and "working convenience" at the first pregnancy were found to have no or one child. Followed by those people with consideration of "age/physical strength" at their first or second pregnancy, this group of people delivery a child although they feel a burden, and were found to have a child or have no desire for an additional child. On the whole, the second pregnancy was actively planned with a hope for siblings. However, at the third pregnancy, there are high possibilities of stopping producing a child, the cause of the high conflict is from the consideration of "age/physical strength". Furthermore, it was noteworthy that many people still have a potential delivery desire after having two children. Thus, it can be concluded as follows : firstly, the safty-net for raising children should be established from both sides of the expansion of child-rearing support systems and the employment policies; secondly, it is necessary to provide "parenting educations" for adolescents and pre-parents to obtain the practical knowledge for child-rearing and for raising one's ability on sexual and reproductive decisions.
