When we examine the fluidity of employment and family formation, we must not merely consider the way what young people shall do in order to take the post of full-time worker. In addition to previous studies, we need to aim for discussions of not only such “difference of quantity” as arrangements of social security or to correct the differential wage, but “difference of quality” which concern with social evaluation.
