• No experimental paper on the winding of rovirg has been published. In this article the author points cut measurable factors related to the wirdirg of roving, classifies them as factors influencing the winding and other factors, and investigates an experimental method to measure each factor. The measuring flyer for this experiment was investigated by comparing it with the flyer for ordinary use.
