• We have reported in a previous paper that inhibitory effect of Ethambutol (EB) on twentythree strains of atypical mycobacteria and teu strains of acid-fast bacilli isolated from natural sources was much stronger than those of PAS, Cycloserine, 1314 TH and Tibione, and comparable to those of INH, Streptomycin (SM) and Kanamycin (KM). In this paper, the writers present their studies on the effectiveness of EB against mice infected with atypical mycobacteria.
