• Development of drug-resistant tubercle bacilli in the course of chemotherapy is one of the most important problems in the research of tuberculosis.<BR>The purposes of the present studies were, first, to establish the method for obtaining the drug-resistant tubercle bacilli with high frequency in experimental tuberculosis, and, second, to analyze the main factors responsible for the development of drug -resistant tubercle bacilli <I>in vivo</I>.
