• Medium: Kirchner's medium added with 5-10% blood serum of rabbits.<BR>Strain: H<SUB>2</SUB> strain.<BR>Amount inoculated: 0.2mg per 4cc medium.<BR>Period of cultivation: 2 weeks.<BR>Results: 1. Bacteriostatic action of INAH on tubercle bacilli is not influenced by vitamin B, , B, , Bo C, folic acid, pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid, nicotin amide and cozymase.<BR>2. Among the various sugars and ketone compounds, the bacteriostatic action of INAH on tubercle bacilli is weakened only by pyruvic acid.
