• To summarize the results of our experiments briefly as follows:<BR>(1) Lecithin from eggs dealt in commerce ordinarily mixed more or less degrees with impurities which according to our investigation disturb the reaction of " KA ". This impure mixtures may be readily excludedafrom lecithins by leaving lecithin preparations in the room temperature after opening those cover for a certain time and then filtrate those alcoholic solution in the ice-box for 24 hours by filter paper Carl Schleicher & Schüll No.575.<BR>(2) Ethylalcohol used for the medium of the solution of lecithin is most suited to the per cent about 97%.<BR>(3) ⌈A⌋ -solution which are used for "KA" reaction arc apt to modify the original character by preserving them for a long time. ⌈A⌋ -solutions thus have been alternated can be again restored and usable enough for KA reaction by boiling them for about 20 to 30 minutes in the water-bath.
