The macroscopic equations without collision term are employed to get a solution of the ion sheath of the plasma with macroscopic flow in the magnetic field. It has been shown that the kinetic energy of the ions arriving the sheath decreases with the increase of the magnetic field, and it is kTe/2 in the case of no Magnetic field.<BR>Numerical computations are performed of the structure of the sheath for helium. plasma with the ambipolar diffusion. It has been also revealed that the static potential varies parabolically in the sheath as at the case of no applied magnetic field.
