On the first report, we have concluded that the adhesive force of brass coating by diffusion was remarkably low and the adhesive force improved by drawing regardless coating. Based on these results, we have studied the change of adhesive force by diffusion and drawing condition regarding the adhesion between brass coating by diffusion and basic compounded rubber, thereon investigated on the adhesiveness of diffusion coated brass structure. And the results were as follows; the brass coating by diffusion were unactivity comparing with the cyanized brass coating, but the crystals were subdivided by drawing, therefore the copper atoms activated and the adhesiveness improved. And the number of activated copper crystals were distributed following the Gauss' error function for the diffusion time. On the other hand, maximum adhesive force changed suddenly at about 500°C in diffusion temparature.
