About two kinds of Stereo Rubber, Ameripole CB (as Polybutadiene) and Califlex IR 305 (as Polyisoprene), the tests of the detectable probability by the Mass Spectrometer indicated the sufficient probability as each of them produced monomer by pyrolysis.
Then, for the purpose to discuss the thermal oxidation reaction, the evolved gases by pyrolysis was compared after with before thermal oxidation.
Consequently, in thermal oxidation polyisoprene was easier than polybutadiene. And-OH, C=O were produced by thermal oxidation. Especially this C=O is said to be Ketone and Aldehyde type, but in this experiment, still more, it was recognized to be included Perester and Peracid type.
