We reported a case of 17-year-old man of clear cell sarcoma. Two years ago, he noticed a slowly progressive subcutaneous tumor of thumb. Aspiration biopsy was done and diagnosed giant cell tumor of tendon sheath.We operated and histologically revealed clear cell sarcoma of tendons and aponeuroses. The tumor was positive for S-100 protein staining. In electron microscopy, melanosome was found in tumor cells. After 8 months following up, lung metastasis was found and after that brain metastasis was found
