It is important to use natural product as starting material or intermediate on the industrial production of stereospecifically comlicated substances which have physiologically active properties.<BR>This article describes our recent studies on industrial production of vitamin E, vitamin K<SUB>1</SUB> and coenzyme Q<SUB>10</SUB> as the case of synthetic use of natural product on industrial process. These biopolyprenyl quinones, any of which are used as medicine, were produced with combined process of organic synthesis and extraction-purification from natural source especially from agricultural byproduct such as plant leaves.<BR>Outline and strategy of synthetic use of natural product on industrial process were also summarized.
