The reaction of dicarboxylic acidhydrazide having two functional groups has been investigated by using the analytical method as described in the first report and it was found that the reaction was not proceeded as the second order reaction without the presence of hydrazine but the reaction was proceeded as the second order reaction in the presence of hydrazine. Also, the quantitative determination of a terminal hydrazino group in polyaminotriazole as a reaction product was made by use of an improvement of the method described in the preceeding report and its numerical average molecular weight was saught. The determination of viscosity of polymer in m-cresol as a solvent was measured and the infinite viscosity was calculated. From these relations, viscosity formulas, [η]=3.92 × 10<SUP>-3</SUP> × Mn<SUP>0.57</SUP> for adipic acid polyaminotriazole and [η]=5.69 × 10<SUP>-3</SUP> × Mn<SUP>0.52</SUP> for sebacic polyaminotriazole were obtained.
