• In the present experiment, which was made by using ammonium sulfate solution, detailed investigations were made on the fundamental factors such as temperature, time and aeration rate of Folin's aeration method. On the basis of the findings obtained, empirical equations ?? (i) to (v) ?? were established. Temperature was found to be the most important factor among them, and aeration rate which has hitherto been ignored was found to influence the determination.
