• γ-GTP excreted in urine of hepatocarcinoma rat was investigated by use of isoelectric focusing in agarose gel. Some of the tumor specific isoenzymes recognized at low pI, 4.5-5.0, indicated an affinity on Con A-Sepharose column. No remarkable Con A-boundable isoenzymes were observed at this pI region in normal rat urine.
