As an adjuvant procedure of operation, topical administration of emulsionized Bleomycin to metastatic lymph nodes was carried out in order to support surgical dissection.Tracers were administered before operation and uptake in regional lymphnodes was measured. Uptake of the tracer was sufficient and degenerative changes of cancer cells in lymph nodes were also recognized histologically. This procedure is useful as a preventive procedure of metastasis and recurrence caused by remained metastatic lymph nodes at operation.
