• Summary: The association of Turner's syndrome and endometrial carcinoma has been previouslyestablished, but has never been described in conjunction with a desmoid tumor of the colon. A caseis described of a colonic desmoid tumor developing in a 38-year-old female with Turner'ssyndrome. The association has not been previously reported. In this report, we describe a 38-yearoldwoman who has Turner's syndrome with a colonic desmoid and review the literature.
