It is desireable for cancer of lung to be treated with early diagnosis and treatment. However, cases of early stage are not always experienced. Among these, there appears to be some cases where they are associated with inf iltrations to neighbouring organs to which surgical treatment may be necessary. In this paper, cases of thoracic wall inversion with lung cancer is studied and, treatment and prognosis were discussed. Results from resected cases with lung cancer involving thoracic wall were compared with those from breast cancer and the other chest diseases.
