Two cases of Pringle's disease with an unusual feature have been described. One of the patients was a 25-year-old man, in whom the lesions were strictly unilaterally arranged on the right side of the face, particularly in the furrows beside the nose and over the cheek. This case was further associated with a fibroma on the same side of the sacral region. The other patient was a 19-yearold woman with strictly unilaterally distributed nodules on the left side of the face, particularly around the chin and over the cheek, accompanied by freckle-like pigmented spots symmetrically arranged over the orbital and malar regions. Both cases had no epilepsy or mental deficiency. The literature on the unusual asymmetric or unilateral distribution of the lesions of Pringle's disease has been reviewed.
