We reported two cases of the occlusion of middle cerebral artery which took satisfactory recovery by antipodal therapeutic procedures. First case was verified a complete revisualization of the occluded artery by conservative procedure with a kinin antagonist and 2nd case recovered by emergency internal and external decompression craniectomy just before the brain stem herniation.
