The authors propose the way of the approach to the exophthalmos. In most of exophthalmos, the clinical diagnosis is adequately confirmed by the supportive laboratory finding. When the possibility of malignancy can not be ruled out, further investigation such as biopsy or surgical exploration will be necessary.
