• It has been said that an early diagnosis of malignancy of renal paren chyma is not always possible, since the cardinal symptoms of parenchymal tumor; "gross hematuria, pain and palpable mass", are delayed or lacked in manifestation. Moreover, early metastasis of the tumor occasionally takes place and complaints due to metastatic lesion may be important as initial signs of malignancy. Therefore, it is of considerable interest to present a patient who had recurrent gross hematuria due to a very small hyperne phroma of 0.7×0.7cm which was disclosed by renal angiography.
