• After complete removal of foreign bodies in the anal fistula by curetting of the fistulous cannal, primary focus of the abscess is laid open for drainage wounds. Several technics were presented to slide the skin into the resected anal space, using subcutaneous pedicle graft, rotation pedicle graft, bipedicle grafts or various incisions.<BR>We believe we could shorten the recovering periods in adittion to preventing recurrence and other complications.
