The treatment of internal hemorrhoids has two main treatments ; i.e. the palliative treatment and the operative treatment.
In the palliative treatment, there are internal use and locally use of medicine including' ointment and suppositories.
The palliative treament effects are insufficient and the operative treatment is apt to bring too much inflences.
Then I advocate that the sclero-injection treatment and rubber ring ligation are to be added as the intermediate treatment methods.
These four treatment are to be applied according to the development condition of internal hemorrhoids. I think it is insufficient to divide internal hemorrhoids conditions into three or four degrees.
Accordingly, I propose to make new five stage classification form in accordance with each size of hemorrhoids pile.
The First Degree : Hemorrhoidal venen plexus dilatate. Pile that can be seen from swelling smaller than the hemisphere on the dentateline.
The Second Degree : Pile swelled around hemisphere.
The third Degree : Swelling around the sphere. Pile is prolapsed when we slide the perianal skin to outside.
The Fourth Degree : Pile which readily prolapse from groove only when the bivalve anoscope is put into it.
The Fifth Degree : Pile which permanently prolapsed or incarcerated.
