Brain tumors have not been previously described as a cancer found in cancer family syndrome (Lynch Syndrome II). Astrocytoma found in the 24-year-old son of a proband of cancer family syndrome with an unusual aggregation of transitional cell cancer is reported. The possibility of brain tumors as a rare spectrum of neoplasms in cancer family syndrome is discussed.(Internal Medicine 31 : 1210-1212, 1992)
