We describe a 68-year-old man who developed primary cerebral malignant lymphoma 5 years after the onset of progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS). There was no association with Sjögren's syndrome. This is the first report of PSS complicated with primary cerebral malignant lymphoma.(Internal Medicine 33: 557-559, 1994)
