A Diffuse Endocardial Fibroelastosis with Markedly Dilated Right Atrium Observed in an Adult

• (1) An adult patient with diffuse endocardial fibroelastosis with chronic congestive heart failure is presented.(2) The characteristic finding in this case is the marked right atrial dilatation with the contracted ventricles. The ascites was observed to be the first sign of congestive heart failure, which dominated the clinical picutre.
