1) MAP decreased after AVP-A and it decreased further after C-6, 2) the elevation of MAP during BCD was suppressed after C-6 but not after AVP-A.3) BCD after AVP-A or C-6 elicited larger increase in PNE or PAVP than that of control BCD, respectively. The results suggest that sympatheric nervous system plays an important role in pathogenesis of hypertension of SHR and vasopressin plays a role in blood pressure homeostasis in case of sympathetic insufficiency.
