After discussing the advantage of Lost-Wax in the investment casting, of which the characteristic in Tsukiji Plant of Daido Steel is introduced as follows.1) Shell building: New automatic moulding machine for primary coat has been developed, which has contributed to improving product quality.2) Casting: Automatic casting machine for counter gravity with using robbot system has been developed, that has the superiority of product quality based on its function and reproductivity.3) Quality assurance: Automatic fluorescent penetrant inspecting machine has introduced to get the high reliability.
