This paper is based on a survey of elementary school teachers regarding their training in conducting Foreign Language Activities. The survey asked about what training they had needed for the class before and after Foreign Language Activities were introduced. The survey also asked whether they had experience teaching Foreign Language Activities and whether they had received training before they started. The results of the survey differ according to the teachers' experiences. The results show that changing trends in the training that teachers had wanted before and after the Foreign Language Activities started. Whatever the direction of the trends, it is not necessarily true that teachers' need for the particular training has decreased. Rather, it indicates their individual needs for training have become diverse. So, even if they show some changes, we have to pay attention to their reasons. The results also show that their willingness to teaching Foreign Language Activities and positive attitude toward English are important. To help elementary school teachers improve their teaching skills for the Foreign Language Activities, continuous training based on their needs is necessary.
