• Japan agricultural cooperatives branch office Hanaizumi Kaikan is one of the architectural works that has been designed by Masato Otaka. This architecture was completed in Hanaizumi town, Iwate Prefecture in 1965. In addition to the DOCOMOMO recent years, this architecture has a historical importance. This JA architecture has been used as the base for community activities today. I think it is effective in the new era try to prolong the life of this architecture that is actively used for more than 50 years. Key Words : Masato Otaka, JA, Renovation
