鹿児島県三島村黒島における蚊の分布調査を２０１０年５月に実施した。片泊の２ヶ所と大里の６ヶ所で蚊の幼虫を採集した。幼虫の生息していた場所は様々な形状のプラスチック容器と古タイヤであった。採集された蚊はヤマトヤブカ（Aedes japonicus）トウゴウヤブカ（Aedes togoi）、リバーズシマカ（Aedes riversi）、およびヤマトクシヒゲカ（Culex sasai）の４種類であった。The survey of mosquitoes on Kuro Island, Mishima Village, KagoshimaPrefecture, was carried out in May ２０１０. Mosquito larvae were collected at ２ sitesin Katadomari and ６ sites in Osato. Larvae inhabited various sized plastic containersand an old tire. Four species of mosquito larvae were collected: Aedes japonicas, Aedestogoi, Aedes riversi and Culex sasai.
