障害者が参加する総合型地域スポーツクラブに関する事例研究

報告(Report)障害者が参加している総合型地域スポーツクラブのクラブマネジメントに注目した事例研究である。三つのクラブで調査を行い障害者の参加経緯、障害者が参加しているプログラムの特徴等について明らかにした。三クラブともクラブの理念やクラブ経営の指針が明確であり、障害者の参加もその中で位置づけられていること。三クラブともクラブ立ち上げのときに障害のある当事者や障害者のことを理解しているスタッフが存在していたことなどが明らかになった。In this study, the interview investigation concerning club management was executed to three clubs that people with disability participate in. The results are as follows 1) The club mission and the policy of club management are very clear and strong in all three clubs. It is along those mission and policies that the people with disability participated in the club. 2) The person understood disability and people with disability was a member of the club when the club was established. It is suggested that the people with disability are encouraged to participate in the club by the member of the club who understands disability and people with disability.
