This is a report of the case study conducted when we had many meetings for the special support education. The purpose of this study was to consider two quetions. One was a question whether I could advise the teacher effectively how to support a child who has troubles in his elementary general class and then his behaviors could be changed. The other was a question whether the system of my itinerant consultation for the class had well worked. The teacher supported him directly, while I supported him indirectly by supporting the teacher. The results were as follows: 1)the first short-term aim of support that he didn't leave his seat was achieved. But I thoght the teachers couldn't understand him sufficiently because of lack of the formal paper about his features and the way to support him, and 2) the system of my itinerant consultation didn't work well, because I couldn't cooperate with any teachers. When a child has some troubles in an elementary general class, it is important that people involved in education, school staffs including a counselor, cooperate together and exchange their idears to support him.
