　　In this paper, we first reviewed health system reform which started on June 2006. We then surveyedpractical evidences mainly through literature search based on the preliminary studies of regional detailsplans of establishing health care alignment. Furthermore, we conducted interview research in Kurashiki-shias evidences indicated that the alignment in Kurashiki-shi was better than that of other areas. As a result,we revealed that alliance was limited to between hospitals or hospitals and nursing homes, and patients’perspective was lacking.　　In conclusion, we recommend that regional health care alignment to be united with town developmentplans, for an approach including patients.
