It is well-known that the equation of state for real gas is expressed by the virial form. The determination of the second virial coefficient is not only the first step to formulate the virial equation but also important in order to study the interaction between molecules of gas. Until now there is a number of researches on the thermodynamic properties of water vapor, being very important on mechanical engineering. The second virial coefficient of water vapor is usually determined by the extrapolation from the p-v-t measurements. But the definite values of water vapor are not obtained because of the dispersion of values of measurments at low pressure. In this paper the values of the second virial coefficient of water vapor are determined by adding the throttling measurements to the p-v-t values.
