A 59 years old male visited our clinic with a chief com p laint of painful swelling of the right testicle. A diagnosis of right testicular tumor was made and he was operated on sufficient removal of the testicle and the funiculus up to the outer inguinal ring. Subsequently, however, he developed tumors in the right inguinal regions, in the left testicle and in the skin surface of the left knee-popliteal region. Despite treatments with Co60 irradiation and Nitromin administration, he passed away 6 months after the operation. At necropsy, metastasis was also found in the heart, lungs, liver, adrenal glands, kidneys, pancreas and gastrointestinal tract. Clinically, the patient showed reticulosarcoma initiated from the right testicle, but the pathological examination confirmed that reticulosarcoma was originated from the mediastinum with multiple metastasis.
