• Recently a case of peripelvic lymphocyst was expe r i enced. The patient was a 51-yearold female, complaining of discomfort of left flank. At first this case was diagnosed as hydronephrosis and operation was performed. It was found that this condition was revealed by peripelvic lymphocyst which oppressed the urinary tract, and nephroplication of Stewart was applied to this patient. Several points ab o ut this disease were discussed.
