尿路感染症に対するTriacetyl Oleandomycinの応用

Triacetyl Oleandomycin, a new crystallin es t e r of Oleandomycin, was used for clinical studies. Serum concentration of Triacetyl Oleandomycin from one hour to three hours after oral administration revealed almost double amount of serum levels after same administration of Oleandomycin base, and six hours after administration it revealed half as much again as serum levels after same administration of Oleandomycin base. A good effect was obtained in urinary infections containing two cases of acute gonococcal urethritis, three cases of NGU and one case of acute pyelitis.
