In a case of urachal tumor, male, 51 years old, w e found it arising in the vertex of the bladder, and partial resection of bladder wall was performed in this case. Histological diagnosis of this tumor was adenocarcinoma with mucin. O n this disease there have been reported thirty-two cases in our country.
