A solitary cyst of kidney has been reported to b e exceedingly rare when it includes calculi in it. One of t his case in a 32-year-old female patient is presented. On admission a gastric ulcer was suspected because of subjective symptoms. But X-ray picture revealed a peculiar shadow at the right gastric region and urological examinations suggested their localisation within the renal parenchyma of the right side. Biochemical examinations on blood and urine for this case gave negative results of hyperparathyroidism and hyperchlorimic acidosis. Nephrocalculosis was suspected. Opera t ion was given, and numelous calculi were found in a solitary cyst of the right kidney. Not any inflamative change w as seen in neighbouring tissues by histopathological examinations. And this cyst was perfectly solitary, no junction between pelvis or calyx Was seen. These calculi are supposed to be formed around the nuclei, produced after the cystic fluid was dehydrated.
