アンケート調査からみた個々のニーズに対応した教育的支援の現状 : 生駒市内の小学校を中心として

生駒市内の小学校の教員を対象に、アンケート調査「個々のニーズに対応した教育的支援に関する調査」を実施した。その結果に基づき、小学校における教育的支援の現状について検討した。担任が指導上で気になる点や悩みでは、在籍学級により悩みの内容が異なった。しかし、児童のための望ましい支援体制や担任として望む支援では、在籍学級間での差は認められなかった。児童の進路についての回答内容は、社会性や自立性、進路についての回答が多く、また、障害児学級担任の方が回答件数が多かった。The purpose of this study was to investigate what elementary schoolteachers need in their educational support for children with special needs. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 12 elementary schools in Ikoma city. The results showed that the teachers worried about children with special needs and their difficulties were different between in reqular classroom and in special classroom. However, the desirable support system for children and the expects of support teachers were common to both classrooms. The major answers about a course of children were social skill, self-subsistence and coursechoice. The number of answers by the teachers was more in special classroom.
