血清脂質に対する膵ホルモンの作用に関する研究 I. 実験膵炎における血清脂質の変動 ―とくに膵ホルモンの関与について―

In order to investigate the etiology of hypertriglyceridemia induced by acute pancreatitis, the. authors induced experimental pancreatitis models in adult dogs by retrograde infusion of taurocholate-sodium, endotoxin and physiological saline into the main pancreatic duct. Serum amylase, lipase, TG, FFA and plasma IRI, IRG were determined. The conclusions were summarized as follows ; 1) An increase of serum amylase and lipase activity were observed in all pancreatitis models, however the highest amylase activity was found in the endotoxin infused group and the lowest activity was found in physiological saline infused group. The lipase activity was not correlated with the amylase activity changes. 2) During the early stage of the course of pancreatitis, a transient elevation of serum TG and FFA were observed and this finding was more remarkable in endotoxin infused group than the other groups. 3) The changing levels of plasma IRI and IRG revealed peculiar patterns in each group, namely in the endotoxin infused group, IRI levels were somewhat low and IRG levels were considerably high in the course of pancreatitis, while the elevation of IRI and IRG levels were observed in taurocholate-sodium infused group. In physiological saline infused group and control group, no significant changes of IRI and IRG levels were noted. 4) There was a statistically significant positive correlation between serum TG and serum FFA levels, and also plasma IRG levels. However, a significant negative correlation was found between the serum TG levels and plasma IRI levels. I/G ratio tended to revealed low values in the cases of high TG levels. From the above results, the authors tentatively concluded that the levels of serum TG which was observed during the course of the experimental acute pancreatitis were affected by the changing levels of plasma IRI, IRG and I/G ratio.
