From about 1969, one of the authors, M. Tanioka has been using the Relationship among the Physical Quantities for Physics, Physical and Analytical chemistry. And in 1975, the SI was introduced into this anthor's method. Afterward this method has been improved gradually, and the new concepts, the generalized Unit of an individual physical quantity and the value measured formatively by this abstract unit were introduced. In this paper, the system of the above generalized units is built up to the Consistent Unit System as the SI. By the new concepts, the abstract expression of using no concrete unit in the definition of quantities, and in the law of the various fields is possible to be used perfectly. By this method, the many Errors on the physical meaning in the Physical and Analytical Chemistry are found out, and the unified frame of the almost theories in Electromagnetism is formed.
